For adults who smoke and want to smoke less

One less.Then one less again.

Log each cigarette and it goes into this week's bottle. A green line marks your goal. Stay under the goal line, and next week, aim a little lower.

For iPhone (iOS 26 or later). Android is on the way.

  1. Week 1

    One bottle a week.

Every cigarette you log goes into this week's bottle. Just seeing them add up is a start.

  2. Your goal

The green line is your limit.

It's drawn at the total of your daily limits for the week. Go over, and it turns red. No lecture, just a clear signal.

  3. Week 2

    Next week, a little lower.

Each week starts with an empty bottle. Lower your limit at your own pace, and the line moves down with you.

  4. Week 6

    Emptier every week.

Stay under the goal line and the week counts as a success. Fewer in the bottle is the whole point.

How it works

  1. Set a goal

Just keep a record, stick to a fixed number, cut down slowly, or quit outright. Change it whenever you like.

  2. Log each one

One tap in the app or on a widget. It takes a second and never judges.

  3. Watch the numbers fall

A fresh bottle every week. Week by week, the line and the count come down.

The goal line

The line sits at the total of your daily limits for the week. Under it, the week counts as a success. Over it, the line turns red, so you always know where you stand.

Try it: drag the slider.

Going over never stops you from logging. The app gives you a nudge, nothing more.

Four kinds of goal

Not everyone is ready to stop today. Pick the goal that fits now, and change it later.

  • Just record

No limit. First, see how much you really smoke.

  • A fixed amount

The same daily limit, every day.

  • Cut down slowly

A daily limit that drops a little each week, until you reach your target.

  • Quit outright

From today, none. If you do have one, log it honestly and carry on.

Progress

Smoked less, days on target and money saved. They never go backwards, even after a hard day. Each one makes a card you can share.

Questions

Is this a quit-smoking app?

It can be: “quit outright” is one of the goals. But many people start by cutting down, and that's fine too. 1LessBottle is a plain tool for adults who smoke and want to smoke less or stop. It doesn't replace advice from a doctor.

What if I only want to cut down?

Choose “a fixed amount” or “cut down slowly”. You set a daily limit, and the green line on each week's bottle shows the total. Lower it whenever you're ready.

What happens if I go over my goal?

The line turns red for that week. That's all. Nothing is taken away, and the three numbers keep what they've counted. Next week starts with a new bottle.

Is my data private?

Yes. No ads, no trackers, no account. Your records stay on your phone. You can export them as a CSV file or delete them in Settings.

Is it free?

Yes. Logging, goals, the weekly bottle, trends, the three numbers and the recovery timeline are free, with no time limit. An optional membership adds sync, moving scenes, a look at your habits and custom app icons.

Which phones does it work on?

iPhone with iOS 26 or later. The Android version, for Android 8.0 or later, is in progress.

It's free, and logging one takes a second. Every week, you'll see exactly how you're doing.
